Product Representation
Every effort has been made to ensure the descriptions are accurate. The measurements given are approximate and colours are as clear as software limitations allow and unfortunately, variations in colour occassionally occur. Please be aware that original beads will have been previously worn, and natural wear and tear should be expected. However, this does not detract from the beauty of them
Payment
Payment should be made immediately via PayPal, but please contact me if you would like to pay by another method and I will do my best to accommodate your requirements. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received in full
Postage & Packing
Your purchase will be posted within 48 hours of payment clearing, postage is confirmed by email and you should receive your purchase the next working day. Proof of postage is always obtained. Each item is wrapped in customised gift packaging and secured in a padded envelope

Returns
I am confident you will be completely happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, please let me know within 48 hours of receipt and I will happily refund or exchange. Please package returned item carefully and where possible use original packing, I cannot issue a refund should the item be damaged on the return journey. Special Delivery can be used to return item for insurance purposes, as I cannot refund items lost in the post
No refund or exchange is offered on earrings due to Health and Safety regulations, if you have any query please ask before purchase

Your piece of jewellery is guaranteed for 3 months. If a repair/replacement is required in this time due to normal wear and tear please contact me immediately. Repair/replacement will be free of charge, return item with its original packing by registered post-for insurance purposes. After 3 months of ownership, a small charge for materials and shipping will be made
